Cheryl Bean

Texas State House of Representatives, District 94 (TX HD-94)

Cheryl Bean is the Republican candidate for the Texas House of Representatives District 94, covering a portion of Tarrant County. She faced calls to resign from the her position on a Fort Worth school board after her social media account shared posts that critics described as racist and Islamophobic, including an image depicting New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani as a plane flying toward the World Trade Center and a post involving an AI-generated image of WNBA players that was criticized for racial stereotyping. Additionally, Bean supports abortion restrictions. Her conservative agenda reflects positions that contrast with progressive priorities on abortion, education, and LGBTQ+ issues.

In 2024, Cheryl was endorsed by Family Policy Alliance, an organization committed to banning all abortions, which described “protecting the life of the pre-born” as one of their top issues. She has also been endorsed by Texas Values Action, which advocates for religious liberty and parental rights, is against gay marriage, and is strongly pro-life.
