Daniel Lopez

Daniel Lopez is a Republican member of the Indiana House of Representatives representing District 39, which includes Carmel and Westfield. Lopez served under Mike Pence’s Governor's Office, and worked on the highly controversial Religious Freedom Restoration Act, which many see as providing a license to discriminate. He has also worked to cut public education funds and restrict women's healthcare. While in office, Lopez voted to establish restrictions on Indiana’s Medicaid program. He has been endorsed and given an A rating by the National Rifle Association.
