Representative Lisa Fink
Arizona Legislative District 75 (AZ LD-27)
Representative Lisa Fink is running for re-election to Arizona’s State House as one of two representatives from Legislative District 27. Fink is a parental rights activist and President of Protect Arizona Children Coalition, a parental rights organization. She is committed to preventing trans girls from participating in sports, prohibiting minors from accessing gender-affirming care, and she does not support comprehensive sex education.
Following the 2024 ballot initiative to enshrine the right to abortion, Fink defied the wishes of her constituents – 72% of which voted for the intiative – and suggested that she will not respect those results. Fink said that she was beholden to a “higher moral law that does not change based on votes or political outcomes, and that law calls upon us to protect innocent life.” In 2026, Fink sponsored a bill that uses inflammatory, nonmedical terms to vilify abortion and expressed that she thinks advocating for abortion restrictions does not undermine the amendment. She also suggested that the amendment was misleading, and does not reflect the will of the people.
This spring Rep. Fink hosted a press conference with Arizona Right to Life to celebrate “Preborn Rights Day,” and introduce bills that would chip away at abortion access and build a foundation for criminalizing all abortions. Fink indicated on a 2024 candidate survey that she would prohibit abortion under nearly all circumstances, that she supports restricting access to medication abortion, believes Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded, and thinks teachers should be allowed to carry guns at schools.
