Robert Bruette

Robert Bruette is the Republican candidate for the Missouri House of Representatives in District 29, representing Independence. Bruette previously ran and lost in 2024. Bruette is endorsed by the Missouri Right to Life PAC, an organization that works to prohibit abortion in almost all circumstances, including in circumstances of rape and incest. The organization also opposes Plan B, civil disobedience, the Equal Rights Amendment, organ donations, and the Girl Scouts. He is an economist and associate pastor whose 2024 platform includes parental rights and limited government. He has expressed support for Amendment 7, a ballot initiative this fall to use investing to eliminate any state taxes. That amendment is opposed by both Democrats and conservative think tanks.
