Tennessee State House, District 75 (TN HD-75)
Allie Phillips
Allie Phillips is a working mother of two, a union member, and a resident of Clarksville, Tennessee. She is running for the Tennessee House of Representatives in District 75. Phillips first ran for office in 2024 and came historically close to beating the incumbent. Although she did not win that election in 2024, she is running again because she believes Tennessee faces urgent challenges that require legislative action.
Allie Phillips’s policy priorities focus on making life more affordable for Tennessee families, improving access to healthcare and childcare, making reproductive healthcare and all women’s healthcare accessible in Tennessee, strengthening public education, and addressing Clarksville’s infrastructure needs. If elected, she will work on expanding access to affordable housing, healthcare, and childcare; addressing Tennessee’s shortage of OB-GYN providers; and protecting access to in vitro fertilization (IVF) and birth control. Allie also supports public education. She would like to see the state invest in roads, bridges, and sidewalks to address Clarksville’s rapid population growth. Additionally, she supports strengthening protections for survivors of domestic violence. Her legislative priorities: affordability, healthcare access, reproductive freedom, public education, infrastructure investment, and family safety.
